Need a hand?
We can help with the Flippinho mobile app and Garmin watch app, including accounts, progress, unlocks, controls, and technical problems.
Garmin watch app
- Supported device: Garmin Forerunner 70.
- Press START or tap the coin to flip. Use UP, DOWN, or MENU to browse unlocked coins and BACK to exit.
- The Garmin app is offline and has no account, network service, or cloud save. Progress is stored only on the watch.
- For a Garmin issue, include the watch model, firmware version, Flippinho version, and a short description of what happened.
Before contacting mobile support
- Check that your iPhone has an internet connection.
- Open the Account tab and tap Save progress before reinstalling or changing devices.
- If the service is temporarily unavailable, wait a few minutes and try again.
- Never send your password. Support will not ask for it.

Include the relevant device and app details described above. For mobile account issues, include your username, iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Do not include your password or other sensitive information.

Account deletion
You can delete your account and saved data directly in the app from Account → Danger zone → Delete account. No support request is required.
